The Service is built and operated by RadioActive Expectations LLC (“RadioActive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) on behalf of independently operated Stations.

RadioActive does not sell personal information.
If the Service includes optional deals, coupons, contests, or promotions, limited information may be collected when a user voluntarily participates or redeems an offer. This information is used to validate participation or redemption and to support the operation of station-specific features.
RadioActive does not sell this information or use it for behavioral advertising. Participating Stations may use information related to promotions in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

The Service uses basic analytics to understand how users interact with the Service, including aggregate listening activity and engagement with features while audio is playing. This information is used to operate features, support optional non-monetary rewards or participation features, and improve functionality. These third-party advertising providers may collect information directly in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable platform requirements. RadioActive does not control how third-party advertisers collect or use data.

Participating Stations are independent operators. RadioActive does not control and is not responsible for how Stations use or manage information made available to them, which may be subject to the Station’s own privacy policies and applicable law.
The Service may integrate third-party services or display third-party content. These services operate under their own privacy policies and are not controlled by RadioActive. Participating Stations may also maintain their own privacy policies governing their independent use of data.

The Service may link to external websites or display third-party content through embedded views. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.
